Wow - it has been a few days since my last post.
Let see - Joel played at West Bend East and they lost 5-4. Had his first at bat of the season 0-1. Not bad since he had so little practice.
Friday was Papa's Pub for some Spoiled Rotten and Something to do. Saturday we had to work at Endora's house - trim the lawn, put a new solar cover on etc. Came home relaxed a bit, made Patty Melts on the grill. See Jenny's blog (link) then go to the other blog of her friend Becky - Good Times = look for the recipe there or I could just link the damn thing...later.
Sunday we hit Costco for gas and a few things. Headed over to Mom's for a Sunday BBQ with the rest of my family. At first I was kind of thinking we would be there and wouldn't stay long. Well I was wrong, Mom had a nice little spread and the weather was nice and before you know it it was 10:00 when we got home. Got Mom's new laptop set up, you think she was learning a new language not adjusting to a new PC. Change can be hard, but in this case the change is good.
Washed Tracy's car today, then buffed it with swirl and haze remover, then machine polish now the was will be buffed off in an hour or so. What a way to kill the day. 6+ hours detailing a car. I think I could do this for a side job. Any takers?
This labyrinth we are puzzled by is nothing but a straight line, but sometimes those are even harder to navigate.

Tennis is over for Joel. He had a decent run as the # 1 singles player. Won one match. Had state sub sectionals yesterday in Portage. He lost 7-5 and 6-2 to the # 2 seed from St Johns Military Academy. Hot day for tennis. With that loss the season is over. He has his first baseball practice tonight. He does not seemed thrilled. I think he would have liked a small break between the two.

Sunny Friday. That's nice since its been crap the last few days.
Need to really get my ass in gear again. Work and then work on Tracy's car. It broke a lug nut then another and another - 2 lugs holding the wheel on. Needless to say the car hasn't moved for a few days. And hell since I have to tear the brakes off to fix the lugs. Which are easy breezy mac and cheesy compared to the 3 level of hell that the honda lugs require. Anyway, I will be replacing the struts and brake pads too.
Oh yea and I am so close to finishing that remodel. I should be there tonight and a few hours tomorrow. My hands should be good an bloodied by the end of this weekend.

Ow.
That's all I have to say. Two days on my knees with kinda crappy knee pads, doing 135 sq ft of tile floor. The floor turned out spectacular. A small pinwheel pattern with 12" and 6" tiles. Pictures after next week when it gets grouted.
The worst pain is actually behind my knees. The straps that hold the pads on your legs just rubbed me raw. So much so I actually have blisters behind my knees.
Two days with the new grill and two days grilling out. What's for dinner tonight? Pork shoulder is going to get slow cooked all day tomorrow....
