Long week, traveling was an adventure as usual.
Got into New York with no problems but my dinner guest delayed me by over an hour.  Had a really nice dinner at this Argentinian restaurant in Soho.
Next day had my meetings and then off to the Yankee's Game.

New Yankee stadium is very very nice.  Not a bad seat in the house.  Got to see an inside the park homer  by Jeter and A-rods 599th home run.

Took the subway back to the hotel and hit Times Square for a little while.

Apparently while I was having such a good time, Milwaukee was underwater.  So my flight home was cancelled.  I could not get a flight home on my airline until Sunday.   So I had to buy a one way ticket to Chicago on a different airline, grab a rental and drive to the Mitchell to get my car.   All that and still made it to La Chimnea for dinner with my wife and friends by 7:00.

Back to the big apple this week.  Meeting with a customer then home by Friday afternoon.

Reservations at an Argentinian place called Novecento tonight.  I also have a solo Yankees ticket for Thursday night.

Kiki's team lost a game yesterday 10-2.  Only the second loss of the season.  Losing is hard when it doesn't happen to often.

Another week flys by.

Joel has his last baseball game tomorrow (Monday).  Could end the season at 12-5 with a win.  Mackenzie plays two more Tuesdays and a tournament next weekend.  Then the summer begins for the adults.  :D

Crazy weather (sun, storm, sun again) this weekend played havoc with grilling.   I still got a tenderloin, shrimp, vegtables, chicken and corn cooked.  Had green beans from the garden too.  Finally getting some payback on the garden.  2 green peppers, 1/2 pound of beans and the garlic is drying.  Gives a feeling of accomplishment when you start getting stuff out of it.  Cucumbers and tomatoes are next.  Lots of them.

Well another nice long weekend is in the book.  Now we have 2 months before the next one.

Did the annual Lakefront fireworks.  Perfect weather.  Nice fireworks and Gyros afterward!!!

Golf at Whistling Straights was cancelled cause of rain.   Can't say I was too upset.

Joel had a baseball game last night - win 9-4.
