I a have a lot I want to say, but really don't know how much energy I have to say it. This week has been a roller coaster for the entire family. Tuesday he did not look good at all, was back in ICU and we really weren't sure what to expect. He has bounced back, but Dad has not responded to treatment at all and it is being stopped. Chemo and radiation has not done anything to the tumor. In fact it grew. All this has been so hard on his body, his breathing is labored, he can't walk, he can't really talk and we all feel so helpless.

The next few weeks will be even tougher as we all know how this story ends, including Dad. The goal for the time being is to get him home, out of the hospital, and make time here the best we can.
