Well I stated to have a final rib's dinner in 2012.  Last night was one of my largest failures in the kitchen ever.  I did not have the time or the charcoal to completely cook 2 racks of ribs on the grill.  In retrospoect O should have taken the time.  Anyway, I stated them in the oven in a braise. (wrapped in foil etc).  Well I was checking it, slipped, dropped the pan, lost the meat an the braising liquid in the oven.....What a mess... So I had to finish them much sooner than I wanted to on the grill, except finished wasn't until 9:45 at night.  

Well they should be good for new years even dinner instead....
