I know Kiki and I had a great adventures last week. Read about that here. Or better yet of the almost 400 pictures we took, I posted the really good ones here.
Do the full size slide show and turn on the photo details on the right hand side. Most pictures have a map location of where the picture was taken. Click on the mini-map for a full size map. Pretty neat especially around the capital.
My sister Jenny is just finishing up her family road trip out west. I just looked at some of the pictures she posted and had to laugh, then do some work. Tracy and I were out there in August of 1990. Did a lot of the things they did. Some were so eerily similar I had to find them and show you.
Look it rained on us a bit in Yellowstone too.
The Old Faithful sign, Love your hair, babe.
An Iconic photo spot. This place is in calendars and photo books everywhere. But look at the snow. A little deeper than what James and Jenny saw. Global Warming?
Because red shorts and a fanny pack were what all the cool kids wore in 1990. Which made me realize I was only a year older than Joel is now in this picture. (going on 22 vs going on 21).
I have so many more like this, the tram in Jackson Hole, buffalo, Yellowstone, Grand Tetons, Rodeos, Devils Tower....I could go on. Man, that was a long time ago. It sure is fun to visit the past now and then, as long as you don't live there.
omigosh! Thats too funny! Eerily similar! Yikes!
