Hey remember the beer I made ohh about a month ago?  January 26th in fact - see the post below.

Well I tapped it.  Not bad!  Everyone would say its very drinkable.  Maybe a bit over carbonated and if your not a hop head, well this is for you.  Because 1 1/8 oz of home grown hops just did not make much of a dent in the flavor.

I did order more hops to plant this spring and hopefully I will have a much larger crop.  Supposedly the first year is not expected to have a large harvest as it needs to establish themselves.  Much like a lot of other fruit type crops.
